Shipping
What is your shipping time frame?: We try to ship most orders the day after they are placed (Mon-Fri) & most orders are shipping with 48 business hours.
What are your shipping charges?:
All orders are a flat $8 shipping fee for USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. If you are interested in placing multiple orders during a calendar month and having them all ship together in one shipment for only $8, please see our "Monthly Kit Club" section for more info.
Is there Local Pick-up available?:
We are located in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Please select "local pick up" during checkout if you would like to pick up your order once it's ready. We will email you once your order is ready and you can schedule a time to come and pick it up. If you need to pick up an order sooner than 48 hours after it is placed, please call us at 801-360-9431 and let us know.
What types of payment do you accept?:
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal or money orders. Please contact us before sending a money order. mysbzone@gmail.com
Do you ship internationally?:
We would be more than happy to ship to Canada & Australia, but no free or discounted shipping options are available. You will be charged the full total shipping charges before we will ship your items (we will get a price for shipping and email you for an okay before you're charged) and we cannot guarantee any shipping quotes given via email, as every destination & package weight varies.
Return Policy:
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please direct them to mysbzone@gmail.com and we will do what we can to solve the problem! Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. In the almost 5 years we have been in business, we have NEVER had anyone request a return.
